Mistrial by Media

The newspaper that supported Hitler gets it wrong again!

How can Gary Dobson (far left above) and David Norris (far right above) have received a fair trial, let alone be seen to have received one, when they were presumed guilty on the front page of a national daily newspaper, in advance of their trial? Evidently the Daily Mail is willing to flout the citizen's right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, if it believes it will sell more copies by doing so.

How can it be right that the ancient rule regarding double jeopardy, which came into being precisely in order to hinder an over-mighty executive from using the law as an instrument of oppression, should have been abolished? Not only was this necessary protection abolished by statute but the latter's application was made retrospective, in contemplation of the persecution of these innocent men for political ends. This has brought the law into disrepute with all right-thinking people.

The police are often incompetent in their investigation of crimes against Englishmen. But it is only when they are incompetent in their investigation of crimes against ethnic aliens that their common or garden incompetence is falsely attributed, by the traitorous Establishment, to that nebulous quality, 'institutional racism'. In fact the police are indeed institutionally racist, but against the English and the other indigenous peoples of the United Kingdom, rather than against blacks and other ethnic aliens.

I accuse the Attorney General, the Crown Prosecution Service and the Metropolitan Police, of sacrificing the public interest on the altar of political 'correctness' (ie, anti-English racism). I accuse the same parties of crassly attempting to appease a section of ethnically alien opinion, at the expense of natural justice for members of the English majority.

The conviction of Gary Dobson and David Norris for the murder of Stephen Lawrence is the worst miscarriage of justice in England and Wales that the new century has yet seen. The convictions are unsafe: they must and shall be quashed.

I believe that Stephen Lawrence would have wished his real killer and their partners in crime to be brought to justice, rather than that any innocent man should unjustly be made to suffer in their stead.

The conviction of innocent men for the murder of Stephen Lawrence makes the apprehension and conviction of the guilty parties more difficult, because the authorities now have a vested interest in 'saving face', rather than entertaining new lines of enquiry and new evidence which may controvert the wrongful convictions. The judge's comments to the police at the end of the trial indicate that the judiciary at least, if not the police, are alive to their vulnerability to accusations of misfeasance in this regard.

Notwithstanding every obstacle however: let justice be done though the sky falls.
